Deadlines
A personalised quotation will always be provided before any work begins.
Payment
Payments are not processed through this website.
Invoices are issued after the project scope has been agreed upon.
Payment terms are specified on each invoice.
Client Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any logos, photographs, videos or other materials supplied for use in a project.
Revisions
The number of revisions included in each project will be agreed upon before work begins.
Additional revisions may incur additional charges.
Copyright & Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, usage rights are transferred according to the agreed project scope after full payment has been received.
Fofo Bilala reserves the right to display completed work within its portfolio unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been signed.
Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality creative work, Fofo Bilala cannot guarantee specific commercial or marketing results.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Danish law.
