Pricing

Final pricing varies depending on :

  • Project scope & complexity — the overall level of work, detail and creative development required

  • Video duration & production requirements — for video projects, including the number and complexity of scenes, editing and animation

  • Design complexity — for logos, brochures, business cards, social media designs and other visual materials

  • Number of deliverables — how many final assets or formats are required

  • Creative development — concept development, storytelling, art direction and custom visual solutions

  • Required resources & production work — including assets, software, AI generation, sourcing, editing or other production needs

  • Client-provided materials — whether images, footage, logos, brand guidelines or other assets are supplied or need to be created/sourced

  • Revisions & adjustments — the amount of refinement required throughout the project

  • Deadline & turnaround time — standard or time-sensitive delivery requirements

A personalised quotation will always be provided before any work begins.

Payment

Payments are not processed through this website.

Invoices are issued after the project scope has been agreed upon.

Payment terms are specified on each invoice.

Client Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any logos, photographs, videos or other materials supplied for use in a project.

Revisions

The number of revisions included in each project will be agreed upon before work begins.

Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

Copyright & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, usage rights are transferred according to the agreed project scope after full payment has been received.

Fofo Bilala reserves the right to display completed work within its portfolio unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been signed.

Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality creative work, Fofo Bilala cannot guarantee specific commercial or marketing results.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law.
